Ozone is an ‘activated’ form of oxygen where there are actually three atoms of oxygen attached together, forming a molecule that is “O3”. Ozone (O3) behaves completely differently than O2. Ozone is far more energetic and oxidative than oxygen, which is what makes it so valuable for so many applications, such as air and water purification, and medical ozone therapy applications. Mechanisms of action includes: increased oxygenation of cells, modulation of the immune system, increased energy production in the cells, increased activity of the anti-oxidant enzyme systems, reduction of acidity levels in the body, killing of disease-causing microorganisms and cancer cells present in the body.
Indications: Infectious processes, immune dysregulation, chronic degenerative diseases.
